Welcome to EasyWhatsAppAPI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our WhatsApp API platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Requirements

To use EasyWhatsAppAPI, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide your legal name and a valid email address
  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. API Usage

Our API is provided "as is" and "as available." EasyWhatsAppAPI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the API, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or data
  • Service interruptions or modifications
  • Any unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service

4. Payment and Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy from the date of your initial payment. However, refunds may be denied if:

  • You have violated these Terms of Service
  • You have sent spam or unsolicited messages
  • Your account has been suspended for policy violations
  • You have abused the refund policy in the past

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods after the initial 7-day period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, all of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before cancellation.

6. WhatsApp Compliance

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Your WhatsApp account may be restricted or banned by WhatsApp for violating their Terms of Service
  • EasyWhatsAppAPI is not responsible for any actions taken by WhatsApp against your account
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with WhatsApp's policies
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to changes in WhatsApp's platform

7. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree not to use EasyWhatsAppAPI to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without recipient consent
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Send pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
  • Spread false information, misinformation, or deceptive content
  • Share unlawfully obtained personal data or violate privacy rights
  • Advertise controlled substances, illegal products, or services
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or group
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
  • Use our service to compete with or replicate our offerings

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyWhatsAppAPI disclaims all liability for:

  • Service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues
  • Actions taken by WhatsApp or other third parties
  • Changes to WhatsApp's policies, API, or platform
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
